Introduction

At Nivraz Design, we are committed to and actively working towards enhancing accessibility to enable people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on our website, and through our telephone service centers.

About a quarter of the population in Israel encounters difficulties in accessing the internet: people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, motor disabilities, the elderly, and more.

In order to provide the best, professional, and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments on our website and have implemented accessibility rules as much as possible according to the principles of the Israeli accessibility standard, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013 (Section C: Internet Services).

The site is adapted to the accessibility requirements of standard 5568 at the AA level according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

The accessibility on the site is adapted for leading browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above.

Information about Website Accessibility

We have invested a significant amount of resources to ensure that our site will be easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, out of a strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

We offer you an advanced accessibility component by UserWay, a website accessibility company, operated by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows the site to improve its compatibility with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

UserWay's accessibility menu can be activated by clicking on the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. The accessibility menu and the technology activated on the site enable many options such as:

• Adapting the site and site tags for assistive devices and technologies for people with disabilities
• Enabling navigation using keyboard keys among the links on the site
• Button to disable blinking and/or moving elements on the screen
• Button to change contrast, bright contrast, dark contrast, and invert colors
• Button to highlight links that clearly emphasize all the links on the site
• Changing the font size on the site to enlarge and reduce the fonts on the site
• Button for text spacing that allows spacing of 3 sizes of text on the site
• Option to hide images on the site
• Button that displays the alternative description of all the images on the site when hovering the mouse
• Support for dyslexia- changing the font for people with dyslexia, allowing comfortable reading of site content
• Button to enlarge the mouse cursor
• Button for reading mask that allows focusing on the main content from the page
• Button for reading guide which adds a reading bar under the mouse cursor allowing comfortable reading of the site content
• Text alignment – the option to align the text on the site to the right or left or center
• Button for line height- allows changing the height of the spacing between the texts on the site.
• Additionally, there are accessibility profiles that allow adaptation according to an accessibility profile, the existing profiles are: Motor Impairment, Blind, Color Blind, Dyslexia, Vision Impairment, Cognitive and Learning, Epilepsy, ADHD.

The accessibility plugin supports screen reader software: JAWS, NVDA, and more.

We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the site as part of our commitment to allow its use for the entire population, including people with disabilities and special needs. It should be noted that despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, you may encounter parts that have not yet been made accessible.
